Shipping

All prints are made to order and dispatched within approximately 2–3 weeks.

Original paintings will be dispatched within 5–10 working days unless otherwise stated.

Unframed prints are carefully wrapped in protective tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube. Original works are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Shipping times may vary depending on location.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of prints, all print sales are final and non-refundable.

Original artworks are also non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging so that the issue can be resolved.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Print Information

All prints are reproductions of original oil and acrylic paintings. They are produced using high-resolution printing on 250gsm archival matte fine art paper.

Selected prints may include hand embossment as part of the finishing process.

Care

Handle prints with clean, dry hands. For longevity, frame behind glass and avoid humid environments or direct sunlight.

Original paintings should be kept in a stable, dry environment away from excessive heat or moisture.
